Meditation Hour

A weekly hour set aside for mindfulness activities such as meditation and journaling. This activity will create a peaceful safe space for students to destress and learn how to bring peace to themselves. Anyone is welcome from experienced, to first time meditators. Please come and bring a friend to relax a little bit before midterms!
